In June of 2004 the L.A. Winds departed Los Angeles on a tour of southern France and Northern Italy.

Performance highlights include three performances at the prestigiousFestival des Anches d'Azur in La Croix Valmer, France, and performancesin Recco and San Bassano, Italy. 

Between performances, the group had a chance to visit St. Tropez, France, and Venice and Milan, Italy.
